Cabins
Once upon a time we went to sea in open boats. The rorbua provided shelter and rest for the fishermen in the boat team. As close to the sea as possible, they built rowboats like ours. In this way, travel gear, catch and equipment could be lifted straight from the boat into the house.
The Rorbuen in Stavang tell stories from several hundred years of bustling folk life by the quay at Flyten. Here, the fishing farmers had both rorbu, saltebu, notbu and sjark.
The cabins are now renovated in a Nordic style, bright and tastefully furnished to an exclusive and high standard. Around all the houses there is a quay and wharf, sitting areas with a magnificent sea view, boats for hire and practical mooring areas with fishing hatches at your disposal.

Teigabua has magnificent sea views, both from the loft and from the main floor. From the house you can go straight out onto the quay and then straight into the boat waiting in the sea.
